Programme Assurance
When assessing why IT programmes fail, the reasons are often obvious but also regularly ignored. Using our frameworks, which are industry and technology agnostic, we will analyse your programme portfolio to assess the health of your IT projects across all stages of the IT lifecycle and help put in place corrective actions to mitigate or rectify any issues that we find.
